1. Acceptance

By using this bot ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, do not submit content.

2. Definitions

• Submitter: any user who uploads photos, videos or other media via the Service.
• Channel Admins: operators of Telegram channels who review, approve or reject submitted content.
• Operator: the owner of this bot (that is, us).

3. Content Submission & Ownership

• You retain all ownership rights in any content you submit.
• You grant Channel Admins a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute your content if they approve it.

4. Channel Admins' Role

Channel Admins alone decide whether to approve or reject submissions.

5. Service fees

Any pricing, billing, and payment arrangements are solely between Channel Admins and the Operator. Submitters pay nothing to the Operator.

6. Third-Party terms

Your use of this bot is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot Policy. By using the Service you agree to comply with all applicable Telegram rules.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not submit, upload, or distribute any content that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations);
• Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, or any sexually exploitative content involving minors or vulnerable individuals;
• Depicts or glorifies graphic violence, torture, or extreme gore;
• Promotes or incites hatred, discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
• Contains or encourages terrorism, criminal activity, self-harm, or suicide;
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise intended to deceive or manipulate viewers;
• Violates Telegram's Terms of Service or Bot Policy.

The Operator reserves the right to report illegal content to the appropriate authorities and to terminate access without notice.

8. Operator's Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" with no warranties. We make no representations about the accuracy, legality or suitability of any content.

We are not responsible for any user-submitted content, nor for Channel Admins' decisions.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You, the Submitter, agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless:

• The Operator (owner of this bot), and
• Any Channel Admins using the Service

from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

1. Your submitted content;
2. Your breach of these Terms; or
3. Any violation of law or third-party rights by you.

Channel Admins remain responsible for their own approval decisions. This clause simply ensures neither the Operator nor the Admins bear your legal costs if you submit unlawful or infringing material.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 3, 5-8 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
